It was my first time trying silver sea, and I was very impressed. My travel advisor, Rico Singleton, is amazing and helped me every step of the way. I had never had a travel advisor prior to finding Rico and he is absolutely top-tier. I would not plan a vacation anywhere through any means without his assistance. I will likely consider silver Cruise option in the future as I plan vacations.

Tom and I really enjoyed our cruise to the Panama Canal. It was so special catching up with our college friends.

Rico did an amazing job in planning what was a first class trip to South Africa. Rico was able to ensure our family group of 12 only had to worry about having fun. He remained available and invested throughout the entire process and was very communicative. Our most enjoyable experiences were the safaris, the drive down the coast to the Cape of Good Hope, and our visits to cultural sites like Robben Island. Rico did an awesome job guiding us through our vacation and providing excellent and through information about each location we traveled to. All the restaurants that were on his recommended list were awesome! At first we started to try to find food ourselves with Yelp, but we weren’t super pleased with our results. Then we decided to follow Rico’s recommendations. After the first restaurant, we almost didn’t eat anywhere else that wasn’t on his list! I love pasta, and I eat a lot of pasta. But his recommendation guided us to a restaurant where I had the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life! Ristorante 34 in Rome. In all fairness, all the pasta we had in Italy was delicious, but that place was the best of the best!
Also, Rico did an excellent job the whole time we were there answering questions quickly and making sure we got to our destinations smoothly, no matter what time it was on each side of the planet. The few times we needed something quickly, he was available to help us get our situation resolved.

It was definitely an experience and I thoroughly enjoyed all the islands visited, except St.Martin which didn't impress me whatsoever. The staff onboard were friendly and courteous and I enjoyed the towel animals each morning and singing/dancing of wait staff in dining room. If you're not a "Foodie" then the food becomes tiresome after a few days..I wished they had more Caribbean fares instead. The excursions were informative and the guides very knowledgeable, friendly and funny especially in Dominica and St.Lucia! My only complaint was the entertainment and the lack of good info to get off ship early..too many versions of where to go and going back and forth, up and down! Too confusing. Overall, it was awesome!! Thank you everyone! It was definitely an experience and I thoroughly enjoyed all the islands visited, except St.Martin which didn't impress me whatsoever. Cruise Planners went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND in his level of customer service! I was actually working with 3 different travel agents at the same time to find the best deal, and the other 2 agents could not even come close to Cruise Planners extraordinary level of client care, professionalism & finding the best value! He scoured various cruise deals & promotions, & sent me ongoing new updates, and even helped me after booking my 2 cabins to upgrade to an ocean view cabin near our kid's cabins for only a very nominal fee. We have taken dozens of cruises, but have never even once experienced this high of a level of customer care from any of our previous travel agents!!
